The ultimate breakfast for six pack abs

This is my Ultimate Breakfast for Six Pack Abs.  It will give you a great kick start to your day and provide a lot of the nutrients you need for your day making it a complete meal filled with carbohydrates, proteins and fats. This can be eaten every day.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Rolled Organic Oats
  • 2 Scoops Whey Protein Powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Goji Berries (or any berry you prefer)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Walnuts and Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of Omega 3 Fatty Acid Oils and oil blends

 

Preparation:

  • Place oats in a bowl and add boiling water. 
  • Mix in protein powder.
  • Add goji berries and nuts.
  • Mix in oils.

Mix the mixture together and add more water until your preferred consistency
