    Peter I am so happy you said you were talking slower so as to get us in the mood for stretching, lol At 1st I thought you didn’t feel well. lol I love your accent!
    You just did my entire stretch routine even the last one for the butt that I say helps with the sciatic nerve. I thought I made that one up,

    i am currently following a particular routine at the gym. Is it okay to just abruptly start with the excercises you mentioned(6weeksixpack challenge)?
