    The serving size I show in the video is for me. How big your serving size is will depend on your own calorie needs.

    hey peter, this is the first website i feel like depend upon. all thanks to you. here, i wanted to ask you if i can use any other fruit instead of blueberrys?! plus, i’ve never tried protein powder. my friends have been scaring me about the side effects. please help!

    I make something like this everyday, but more in a smoothie form with more milk and ice. I’ll definitely try to make it in a pudding form next. Looks delicious!

    I have made this a few times and it tastes AMAZING!!! I have used various flavoured protein powder and different fruits, in this mix, I also like the combo of Banana protein with frozen strawberries. Despite its low calorie content it is very filling.

    Any berry will work but almost any frozen fruit will also work.

    Hi Peter,

    Great recipe. Really refresh the body after a hard workout.

    I’m preparing this with frozen Acai and vanilla protein powder.
    Tastes good, but the intense vanilla flavor kills the Acai…:|
    Hope chocolate powder will be better.
    But still very good fluffy desert.

    Hey I actually made this and it was indeed really good. I used vanilla whey protein instead of chocolate but it still came out the same way and was still just as good as probably the chocolate one…

    Looks lush, perfect for after my spinning class. Blueberries are packed full of nutrients but can be expensive so I buy them when on offer and freeze them making them better value than some over fruits. I don’t do shakes so this is an amazing way for me to get protein. Loving this website.

    Great Meal..!! Can i prepare a big amount of this, save it in the frige and eat whenever i want, or if i do this and not consume it immediately the proteins will get denaturated ??
