Frothy is a problem with the type of juicer you are using.

Peter! Thanks for how much youve helped me! However, I don’t understand detoxing… You really completely live in juice? So you eat nothing else? Why shouldn’t I, instead of making a juice, just eat all ingredients because then I get the fibres and it fills better.

Hi Mark. If you detox you can just drink juice for a few days. Or you can include this juice into your daily routine which is what i recommend. Its an easy way to get all the nutrients in when you don’t eat a lot of veggies and it doesn’t overload digestion!

Is it good idea to extract the juice for two days. I mean same day it will be fresh. Next day it will be one day stale. As it takes lots of time. Second question is Can I replace breakfast with this juice?
If not then when I should drink it..Lasty thanks a lot for sharing this recipe.

Wow !. This is a great website and I believe in maintaining healthy body naturally.
This juice is healthy and can be taken regularly. Though, I don’t take it regularly, but there is one more ingredient which will be useful or can replace lemon!
Two fresh gooseberyys. This is a good source of Vitamin C and other things.
Thanks for all good stuff on this website.

    Hi Peter,

Stumbled accross this video on youtube when I was on the hunt for a new recipe to use with my juicer. You have nailed it, this tastes great!

Just wanted to ask if you have a rough calorie estimate? (i’m not sure how many calories from the raw state are transferred in the pulp)

I don’t have a juicer and blending takes a lot of time. Is it okay to substitute a “greens concentrate” (powder) instead?

  52. admin
    May 29, 2014

Yes you can use a green’s concentrate as a substitute, however juicing will always be the better option

Hi Peter, I need some advise on juicing, I use a Ninja blender to juice and basically drink the juice with pulp as well unlike in your video I see you just get the juice from your juicer and throw away the pulp. Is it ok if I drink with the pulp by bending or do you suggest me to drink only the juice and not pulp?

  58. admin
    October 8, 2014
    7:08 am

You can drink the pulp, but if you are juicing only to detox and rest your digestive system then leave the pulp out!
