    should you eat before working out. I have a tendency to get a little sick if i don’t eat before work or exercise.

    I have had two kids, almost about to get a 6 pack but my lower abs still have a little “loose” skin that’s not necessary fat but needs to be tightened, any info or ways to get it to tighten to get my abs underneath to come in? Certain foods to eat? Thanks!

    It depends on your diet and how much fat your are allowed. I eat around 30 Almonds per day.
