    How long you have to work out and eat right will depend on where you are now, how dedicated you are and what workout program and eating plan you are on, so to give you a direct answer will be very difficult! But just keep at it, once you do it properly you will see the fat come off you very quickly!

    Great workout. I find by placing a rolled up towel under my lower back that I can feel the first exercise (overhead crunch with wt.) as well as the 3rd exercise (butterfly crunch) more.
    Thanks for these great workouts?
    Are you planning on adding an oblique workout (I can hardly wait)!

    Hi Peter,I’m starting an six pack quest like you did.The only problem is I am pretty fat:( I want to know how long it will take me and how long I am doing it so I will not be scared to rip my shirt off in public.Please help……

    How long it will take depends on a lot of things like your eating plan, workout program and how dedicated you are. But just get going, make sure you follow a good program and you will soon have enough confidence to rip of your shirt in public to reveal you six pack abs!

    umm im fifteen how many reps would i do because i may not be fat but im pretty out shape in the ab region and also how long because i started this on monday and have seen something! by thurss i was thinking 8 reps because past ten im so tired i can’t even move… please help

    Hi peter! I was just wondering how big your exercise ball is. I just bought one and i am having trouble with the knee tucks and the workout in this video. I think it is because my exercise ball is too big

    Hi Jeremy,

    It could be. A general rule is that when you are sitting on the ball, your hips and knees should be bent at a 90-degree angle. This usually means and translates to 55 cm for people 5′ to 5′ 8″ and 65 cm for 5′8″ to 6′2″.

    Hi man i saw the video on youtube with the towel and when im doing that exercise my back i hurting so much but my abs are not am i doing something wrong

    You might be arching your back to much. Only do that exercise if you have pretty strong abs already. The good thing with doing ab workouts is that there are so many good ones so if something is hurting you or not working, just swap it around for something that does work without any pain.

    Without a diet? It will be hard if not impossible. You need to eat healthy and combine that with good workouts to get results.

    There is no age. Eat right, work out and you will can have a 6 pack at any age.

    Hey Peter,

    the ab workouts showed are great, but u said u did upper abs on Monday,lower abs on Tuesday and sides on Wednesday. So i was wondering will be it still be effective if i did Upper abs on Monday, Lower Abs on Tuesday and Sides on Friday?

    Hi Peter, the normal crunch with a weight above my head and the butterfly crunch with the weight are great but i cant do the ball roll outs as I had an operation on my knee 2 years ago and its still sore so I can’t really lean on it, is there a different upper ab exercise you could reccomend for me so I have 3 exercises for my upper abs rather than just the 2. Many thanks 🙂

    I suggest you find a local training that can asses how bad it is and then help you create a workout program around it.

    Hi Peter I have a question I have a protein shake that’s 4 month old is it okay to still take that. Does it still provide the same nutrition as the one that’s not expire. Lastly, it looks okay and still taste fresh.

    Ken, your shake should have an expiry date on the bottle. Don’t drink it if it’s expired!

    Hey Peter
    i’ve been doing the 6week6pack xtreme challenge for a couple of months now
    (keep repeating thesame proces after the first six weeks)
    i have big results when talking about strength growth, my arms, shoulders are way bigger than before. I had a two pack and last month i finally got to a four-pack.
    I had my tonsils taken out 5 days ago and since then i can almost eat nothing i try to eat a lot of yoghurt and other soft foods but it hurts like hell.
    My body fat% went from 14% to 11% in 4 days because i eat so little. (i lost 4 kg in 4 days :s)
    Will this have a bad effect when i start working out again? or could it actually have a positive effect and help me see those last pair of abs?
    (im currently 70.5kg and 188cm – i have never followed any kind of diet i just never seem to get fatter no mather what i eat :p)

    Depends if its fat loss or muscle loss or water. Just try to get proper nutrition in as best you can. Good luck you can go all the way this time!

    i think it’s fat loss, i lost the little bit of belly fat i had before but can still see my upper abs so i dont think i lost much muscle mass
    starting monday im gonna start training again and yes i’m going all the way this time!!

    I’m 14 years old and i am 5ft 3in and weigh 47kg. I am small for my age and i would really like your opinion on whether these workouts are good for me. I am quite fit and i do karate 6 hours a week.

    Best results is to first cut fat, but no problem working on your Abs during your weight loss so that they become more visible as well.
