Workout Structure

Circuit One

  • Crunches x 30 sec
  • Forward Lunges x 30 sec
  • Push-Up x 30 sec
  • Jumping Jacks x 30 sec

Rest 1 min

Circuit Two

  • Reverse Crunches x 30 sec
  • Reverse Lunges x 30 sec
  • Close Grip Push-up x 30 sec
  • Line Jumps x 30 sec

Rest 1 min

Repeat both circuits 4 times.
