Description / Instruction:
To perform the one leg ball curl you must lie on your back with one leg straight and its foot resting on a ball and the other leg raised in the air. Raise your hips and bend your knee to pull the ball in towards your buttocks by contracting your hamstring muscles. Pause and slowly return to the start without dropping your hips. The One Leg Ball Curl develops the hamstring muscles.
