Is rope skipping good for anything else then calves? I mean Like burning fat from belly or some thing else…
You bet! There is a reason Boxers use skipping to get and stay in shape, IT WORKS! It is a great cardio workout and after a while you will actually not feel your calves work as much any more as it will get use to it. So yes skipping is great for fat loss and cardio fitness.
I USED to do it every day, since my exams came, Now I’ll try to get regular again. A thing that U said “Do this once per week” Can’t I do it everyday or any day I like. I mean now I can skip rope like I do strength training, I was very fat before, Now I m improved a-lot, but still I have BF. What do you suggest?
With oblique workouts I like to only work them out once, maybe twice per week but no more. Rather focus on doing some extra cardio, full body weight training or upper and lower ab workouts.

How much were those bowflex 552 dumbbells, and how much was the stand?! i’m really looking forward to get those weights..
Well I don’t know how much they will be in your country but over here they where SUPER expensive! Close to $800 for the stand and dumbbells. They are very nice though but don’t let them fall, as they break easily!
I’m just wondering if i could chain this exercise with others and do them in an order. Do you think that this is a good idea?

I was wondering how long it willntake me to get a six pack. I am currentaly doing one of your routines and i am working every muscle for my home gym. I have been lifting for about a month and a half now, and i am just a little curious.

ds it need to be done for both side or jst one side will work for both side
Oblique exercises must always be done on both side.

hey peter a question here can we do the side bends double sided i mean lifting from one side directly leaning to other one with dumbells on both hands or 1 sided ones are more effective ?
Yip, you can do that, not a problem at all!
I am 15 years old and i have the upper abs and upper part of the obliques very defined .. What do you think i should do to finish the six pack ?
Maybe you just need to drop a few more pounds or develop your lower abs more.
And what do you recomend alot of cardio ? And do you have a good cardio routine i could use ? Thnx by the way !!

hey peter, so a lot of your workout videos I’ve been looking at (especially the abs), contain exercises with some sort of weight (dumbbells, medicine ball), and I’ve been craving for ripped abs a long time but I’m still quite young (15 years old) and as far as I know weight lifting disrupts your growth and I certainly dont want that. So I wanted to know if this is true and what I could do.

Hey, you suggest me to do this once a week plus some cardio workout, and other day do arms excercise or it may be better to do two sessions of obliques per week.

I would do this as part of the 6weeksixpack challenge.
First ex. 15 – 20 rep. , 3 sets, between sets 30 s. rest, and what next ?!?!
second ex. ??? rep sets rest

when i start exercising abs they get developed fast but it give me a lot of lower back pain. What i can do.
@ Dav – make sure your lower back doesn’t arch, pull navel to spine all the time!
Wow!!! I wish their was a way I could load a pic of the results I’ve had from using your workouts! I’m a 22 year old female with a pretty big bone structure. I’ve always been overweight. But thanks to you, I’ve gone from 86kg to 72kg, from 26% body fat, to 12% body fat and all that in 2 months and training twice a day, 7 days a week. I’m competing in August in the Miss Body Beautiful South-africa comp. Wish me luck!!!

I tried your six-pack challenge and i have lost almost 17 lbs, still i have fat stored in my mid-section, mainly my love handles. How effective are these exercises shown? and is there any specific diet i need to take? can i combine them with my leg workout?

i ran 2 miles a day and i lost some weight but the thing is no one is here to guide is how to workout or haw to have your meals or anything… if u please suggest some fat loss exercises
