    In Simple terms, more protein. But you need in actual fact have a whole diet that is designed to help you build muscle if that is what you are looking for.

    Hey Peter,
    I weigh 140 pounds and want to lose weight.
    I ‘m afraid if I eat less something bad will happen.
    Does muscle ever burn off?
    I don’t want to get weak in the process.

    Then don’t eat less. You shoudl mever starve yourself! You shoudl eat 6 meals per day with protein, carbs and fats in all of them but in the right order.

    hey I’m 15 I’m wondering if these workouts can harm me or if i even need these workouts that much I weigh 150 and I’m 5″8″ I already do curls and push ups like 5 days a week for 20 mins or so.

    Well, I guess I should have actually done the work out before asking such a dumb question. There is no way I was doing that 2 days in a row. Every other day will work just fine 🙂

    hey peter there something i want to tell you about since that my body is reconstructed in home by exercising myself in home i want to thank you for what you have done to my life. you actually changed my thinking and myths in fitness did you know that i visit in gym a new opened gym in our place in last two weeks and im surprised that i am one of the most well shaped in there and most of them are going to gym always in the other gym before that gm opened and they in fitness in almost 3 years past but even if i am in fitness for almost 2 years i am much more well shaped than them , i asked them what is their eating plan look like and i was shocked that they dont have eating plan and they eat whatever they want to eat . i am very proud of myself that i am much more good looking shape body than them , but i cant do this without the and i am very thankful to you ,. thank you and i hope you can share more knowledge about fitness in home again thank you and god bless,,,:-)
