    Awesome video! I am starting to think that incorporating body weight training is the way to go from time to time. It gives your joints a rest, yet still builds mass.

    Thanks for all the workouts! I have a question concerning weights.. I am in my late teens, and am currently only using 7 pound dumbbells for my workouts. they are getting to be a little too easy to use. How much higher is the next “step” up? Also, considering my gender and age, how much do you think i should be lifting at maximum? Thanks! 🙂

    You need to use a weight that allowes you to do the amount of reps we suggest and no more while having good form all the time.

    If you sit on the ball your knees should be 90 degrees.

    Can i build upper body mass, when i do this exercise before my breakfast ??? or should i take whey shake before then train and then eat breakfast ?

    Just a quick question…I workout every other day (so monday, wednesday, friday sunday, tuesday etc.) and I was just wondering: Would you recommend using various workouts one after another in one day (I’m planning on using this one ) or on every other day (so it’d be monday = this workout wednesday = 6 pack home workout) instead of both on monday and again on wednesday?
