  • Incline Smith Press (6 to 8 reps ) X 4 to 6 sets
  • Dips ( 50 reps in total )

    hi again Peter. As you know its my third day on your program. Man i need to seriously win a copy of your book. I really have busted loads of myths thanx to your honest and clear advice. With my wedding coming up my wife will be so proud of me. I think your exercises are brilliant and am seeing results already. Especially your chest exercises.
