    Hey Peter, do protein shakes have significant impact on muscle building? If so, when is the best time to cosume it (before workout, after, morning, night, etc)?

    Hey peter, does creatine and glutamine help in getting muscle building? Also I’m thinking in adding some whey protein to my daily training routine to build muscle.

    If not, what would be the perfect combination to burn fat and create muscle?
