Tell us a little about yourself?

Over the years, I’ve trained extensively with bodyweight exercise, free weights, odd objects, and just about everything else that is remotely related to exercise. I am not defined based on what I’m using for a particular month or year. I am who I am based on the effort that I put forth each day.

I strongly believe that The most important aspect to any conditioning program is you . You get what you put into it. Regardless of the workout or equipment that you choose, it is you who must put forth the effort.

The tools that you choose are nothing more than a means to an end.Equipment will not change the equation for success, as the most important variable will always be YOU.

One word to describe yourself?

What is the biggest fitness MYTH (weight loss, work out, diet) you encounter in the fitness industry every day?

The biggest MYTH that I encounter at the gym is when I see people training their abs everyday for long periods of time. Your abs are like any other muscle on your body, working it harder and more often will not make it any more stronger or more visible. Train your abs smarter and hit them at all angles but don’t get too obsessed in doing too many exercises.

You own physical feature you are most proud of?

My Abs

Top 3 tips for people who want to get in shape?

1- BE PATIENT You can not get abs over night, so trust in the process and stay consistent.
2- EAT CLEAN When they say “ABS are built in the kitchen” they are not kidding. Your diet is crucial to making your bodyfat % drop in order to have those abs become visible.
3- CARDIO Now i don’t mean those long marathon times some people spend on treadmills or cardio machines at the gym. Short bursts of explosive HIIT training sessions will put your body in a fat burning metabolic state that will last for days.

Your favorite Ab Exercise/Workout?

My Favorite Six pack workout is one  where i can superset abs exercises with full body exercises in between .
Example: Crunches-mountain climbers-leg raises-burpees-bicycle crunches- mountain climbers…etc
