One word to describe yourself?

How did you get into fitness/bodybuilding?

I’ve played rugby and always been active all of my life. After school played Club rugby, WP U/21 and WP sevens until injuries forced me to stop. Being a shy guy my brother convinced me in 2010 to prepare for my 1st Fitness show, MR & Miss Fitness .

The bug bit after that and I entered numerous different competitions after that show in which I did very well.I applied for a sponsorship from USN and after a few months Albe Geldenhuys (USN CEO) gave me the opportunity to be a sponsored athlete. I’ll always be grateful for that opportunity!
