    Very nice Peter! Push ups are a GREAT exercise! There are so many variations as well. I’m 62 years old and I do my best to keep in condition. I love push ups to help me look 20 years younger!

    Good one Peter!

    Was dying at the end of this one and will add this to the quiver.
    Half way through I dropped to knee push ups and switched between side to side hops and quick feet. Oh yea , set your gym boss timer for 45 sets and that will get ya the 15 min or 30 rounds.

    I’ve lasted for 10minutes, i was dying. Im going to rest now and within an hour i’m going to do another 10 minutes. Geat workout Peter, thanks for sharing ! ( In those 10 minutes i’ve burned 180calories ! )
