 Exercise Name:  Dumbbell Overhead Tricep Extension

Area Worked:  Back of Upper Arm

Muscles:  Triceps Brachii

Description / Instruction:

To perform the Dumbbell Overhead Tricep Extension, stand with feet hip width apart, knees slightly bent.  Hold a dumbbell in both hands and extend your arms above your head.  Keeping your upper arms still and next to your ears, bend your elbows and slowly lower the dumbbell behind your head.  Return to the start by contracting your triceps.   The Dumbbell Overhead Tricep Extension develops the triceps brachii.
