Dumbbell Bench Press : Chest Exercises

Exercise Name:  Dumbbell Bench Press

Area Worked:  Chest

Muscles:  Pectoralis Major, Pectoralis Minor

Description / Instruction:

To perform the Dumbbell Bench Press you must lie on your back on a flat bench, holding a pair of dumbbells over your chest, with your arms straight up and your hands facing forward.  Bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells down to finish level with your chest.  Contract your chest muscles and press the dumbbells back up to the start position in an arc. This exercise develops the pectoralis major and minor muscles of the chest.

    Now I’m done with the 6 weeks and I’m in an incredible shape so I think It’s the time for concentrating on a muscle or two everyday like what ppl do at the gym. so can you show us a full Chest exercise for chest, Biceps, Triceps, Back, Shoulders and legs because I’m really confused about what should I do after finishing your fantastic challenge. advise me =)

    sir, my hands are weak thats why i cant gave push ups or pull ups i just gave 2 or 3 push ups and u i become tired … so how can i make my hands stronger…

    Build up slowly, eventually 2 or 3 will become 3 or 4 and so on!
