  • Close Grip Barbell Bench Press  3 sets x 10 to 12 reps
  • EZ Bar Extensions  3 sets x 10 to 12 reps

Biceps Workout

  • Seated Alternating Dumbbell Hammer Curls 3 sets x 10 to 12 reps
  • Preacher Curls  3 sets x 10 to 12 reps
