Triceps Workout

  • Close Grip Barbell Bench Press  3 sets x 10 to 12 reps
  • EZ Bar Extensions  3 sets x 10 to 12 reps
  • Rope Extensions  3 sets x 10 to 12 reps

Biceps Workout

  • Seated Alternating Dumbbell Hammer Curls 3 sets x 10 to 12 reps
  • Preacher Curls  3 sets x 10 to 12 reps
  • Cable Bicep Curls 3 sets x 10 to 12 reps

    hey peter ,justin just joined the gym but this workout is gonna take time so i was thinking to do super set of one bicep and one tricep exercise to complete this workout quickly as i can go to the gym for only three days . but thanks to you guys . i am gonna do 6 week six pack challenge soon.
