Exercise Name: Band Bicep Curl

Area Worked: Front Upper Arm

Muscles: Biceps:  Bicep Brachii and Brachialis

Description / Instruction:

To perform the band bicep curl, stand upright on the middle of an exercise band holding one end in each hand.  Curl the band upwards towards your shoulders while keeping your upper arms in your sides.  Pause at the top position and slowly lower.  The Band Bicep Curl exercise develops the Biceps Brachii.
