    Did this yesterday for the first time. No way could I manage with 15 seconds or less rest time. Had to go to 45-60 seconds. Afterwards my legs were like jelly and they still ache today.
    This is what you do best Peter, such simple workout that errrr work you out!
    Will do it again.

    Peter, i think it’ll be much better if you attach the amount of calories you burnt when doing that cardio..cause i wanna make a comparison with other kind of cardio workouts

    hey peter, after finishing the 1 rep 1 sec rest, is the workout done or do I have to go back to 15 reps and do the whole routine for 15 minutes? thanks

    Peter I’m having trouble deciding which cardio workout to follow…which cardio workout do you think is best for fat loss “The extreme gladiator workout”, “the extreme bodyweight cardio” ,or “the belly fat destroyer 1.0”?? I ask because i noticed you did not include the belly fat destroyer 1.0 in you cardio manual.

    I have to say , that is a manly , sweat dripping workout . I took me 35 minutes the first time and after my first week I have it down to 25 . Looking forward to the next 3 week improvements 🙂
