    Sweet…gonna work these Puppies into my work-out today. I’ll try them on Saturday as well as part of my 10x10x10 work-out…Peter any other shoulder exercises that is more advanced say either with or with-out dumbbells???

    Is there a workout structure where I could form a chest workout from these five exercises only?

    If you want to do that I suppose you could one of two things. 1) Do each exercise 30 seconds. Rest for 20 seconds and repeat the same exercises 3 to 4 times. Or do 12 to 15 reps of each exercise, rest for 20 seconds and do 3 sets of each.

    David, to get ripped just do all 5 exercises for 20 seconds, one after another with 0-10 seconds break between each set, after all 5 are done take a 45-60 second break. Repeat it again 2 more times (so a total of 3 sets). If you are looking to build big mass using these 5 exercises then do each exercise 3 times (8-10 slow reps) with a 45-60 second break between each set but it would be good to incorporate some weight lifting exercises to build mass.

    Hey actually i can do many exercises at a tym. I can do 20 pushups at d most. What shall i do to increase it?

    Hey Peter, how can i increase my stamina. And what shall i do to increase the number of pull-ups. I cant do more than 4 or 5 at a time.

    Nice variation… My whole body is taking part in the exercise and it makes you sweat alot… I could feel abs and my chest buildings

    Have been following you and your site for many months now, I recomend it to all those that ask me for advice as you explain and detail it so well.
