hey peter, i have some questions for u
1. can we do this workout daily or on alternative days
2. can we do this workout alone or whether we can do it with our normal weight training
3. if we do abs exercises as well with this workout does it hamper our body or abs as muscles need time to recover

Im 15 and have been working out for 7months.
ii tried this exercise and like it just wondering if it will affect my other ab work outs ?
can i still continue ab work outs along with this?

1) I would do it every other day. It will give your body some time to rest, recover and grow.
2) You can do it alone.
3) Nope you can do ab exercises with it and in fact it will help you get a six pack even faster. I will however do them at the end as you CORE will be wokring a lot while you do these exercises.
Did you see the video? I mention that in the video but mountain climbers is not an out and out ab exercise, it is in fact more of a full body cardio exercise with a dual purpose of also workout your abs.

Yes you can, this will not have a BAD affect on your other ab workouts.
