Workout Structure and Exercises

  • Deadlift : 5 sets x 5 reps
  • Barbell Shrugs : 3 sets x 12 reps
  • EZ-Bar Upright Rows : 3 sets x 12
  • Seated Dumbbell Shrugs : 3 sets x 12 reps
