Wrong place to ask this on but i wonder if i could try recommend Sixpackfactory into a Journal in my country which there is hopefully around +2 million people reading it everyday! idk but i must get an agree from you first. agree or not agree
You are more than welcome to mention our website name and URL. You are just not allowed to use any of the content directly e.g. copy any of it and you are not allowed to mention us in any way that will put me or my website in a bad light. But apart from that, go ahead and Thank You! : )
It is best to do the POST Workout Stretching routine for that. Just search for it on here I uploaded it a few weeks ago.
No i just thought that Logo ‘Sixpackfactory’, Website URL. Than before and after picture of you and also before and after picture of me the advertiser. That feels ok with you? Would give a good imagine for people how good Sixpackfactory is.
That is fine Viktor. You just not allowed to use my image to Sell something. But apart from that you are more then welcome. In fact if you send me your before and after pics I will post it on our site and pages as well : )
I will once i get my real computer back I’m not trying to sell something All i do is to recommend my country about Sixpackfactory for people who wants to lose fat and build muscles at home When i say ‘my country’ it maybe sounds weird but i dont want to tell everyone here what country before i’m sure that the journal will agree with this.
No problem. Thanks for spreading the word!
You have impressed me alot Everybody on school wonder how i got my muscles so fast, few months ago i was a pretty skiny and poor person. Now i am strongest on school and got biggest abs. Many of my freinds has tryed to get abs and big triceps for a long time. They never had a good result but when i found Sixpackfactory on google and when i connected to it my muscles builded up faster than ever It’s pretty amazing how homework can give such a good result
Homework and YOUR own hard work!
hey peter when is a good time to do exercises? morning? afternoon? night b4 going to sleep? answer me plz
Depends what your goals are. But you can make any time a good time! It does not really matter that much.
well peter my goal is lose weight & then get ripped so any suggestion plz?
Well in that case anytime is good. If you do cardio try and do it first thing in the morning and if you do weight training I will do it a bit later in the day.
hey peter is this enough to do before exercises cause u usually say that we need ten minutes to warm up while u only did 3 minutes
Watch the video again, it says do 5 minutes of cardio before you stretch. So it will be around 7 to 10 minutes.
Sorry, wrong place to ask this but in week 4 – day 3 you did renegade rows using angular dumb-bells. I only have round ones. Is there another exercise I can do instead of renegade rows?
Also, in week 3- day 5, I dont have exercise bands. Is it compulsory for me to get 1 if I plan to do the programme?
YOu can use normal dumbbell for renegade rows and no you don’t need bacnds
okk thx… I din notice the “alternative exercises” in the video…
Hi peter, i workout on moring before breakfast, what should i eat to get energy and no fat? Thank you
What do you suggest for a slightly chubby 14&1/2 year old guy?
Sorry if im asking a dumb question here but what do you mean by “Slow Cardio” and “Light Cardio” and “HIIT Cardio”? P.S thank you for your great work! You’re a huge inspiration to me!
