Yip 2 times per week should be ok depending on your goal.
i know peter would say 2 or 3 times a week
My goal is to get my legs stronger to help me with my running and so that my I stop getting made fun off for my legs

Depends what your goal is. But at gym you will have more weights so you can build BIG legs if that is what you want.

You’re right Brody! I did this workout 3 days ago. It stil hurts in my leg 😛 That’s totally because my legs was really untrained because i have been sitting to much the last few days. I really recommend this for legs it gives a nice result!
Bad thing is i cannot do it once again yet because my legs hurts to much when i do the workouts 🙁
