    This exercise is really great! An option to mix it up some. I did 3 sets exactly the way Peter did then did 3 sets of flys with elastics. I think it’s a really good quick work out.

    u could work out your back by doing dive bombers and going all the way down from the push up using the handle bars

    Dive Bomber Push Ups don’t really train your back. It is working more your shoulders and chest together.
