  1. Peter Lee says:

    Hi :

Do you think that drinking skimmed milk plus taking 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter before bed time is good?

  2. peter says:

I would rather go for cottage cheese.

  3. David Goldfeld says:

    Hey,
A week ago my best friend got paralyzed by playing rugby and the doctor said it was because of his trapezius. Do you know any good home work outs to strengthen my trapezius?

    Thanks!!!

  4. danny nguyen says:

hi for the beginner 6 pack workout at the beginning of the first few times my stomach gets sore is that a good thing? n i heard if its sore then you have to rest until the pains gone then you can continue again is that true?

  5. peter says:

Yip that is ok. And yes give it at least 2 days rest or whne the pain stops. However whne you just starting out you might hurt for a little longer so give it 3 days rest max and get back on with it.

  6. peter says:

Sorry to hear about your friend. Yip Rugby is hard game. I am not 100% sure how your traps could be the reason for getting paralyzed but I will creat a workout within the next few weeks to show you how to make your traps stronger!

  7. Abel says:

    Hey peter,
I just wanted to know if the following workout plan will help me see results as soon as i hope to

    Day 1: Abs & Cardio
    Day 2: Chest & Legs
    Day 3: Arms

I repeat the same routine again the following 3 days and on day 7, i rest. I make sure that each one of these workouts is as intense as possible and lasts anywhere between 40 mins to an hour daily. I don’t use any weights so i don’t know if i will see the desired results or if i’m just wasting my time. Are weights absolutely necessary? I do use household items for bicep curls but apart from that…no other kind of accessory or equipment whatsoever. Please advise.
    Thanks.

  8. shamas says:

    hi
is there any chance that you can make a full range of videos for begineners such as
    abs training
    weights training
    cardio
    and how to eat propley

  9. peter says:

    I will do that!

  10. peter says:

    Will do!

  11. peter says:

Well it is hard to say how good a wokrout is just by knowing the split. However, I don’t see shoulders? Do you do that with your arms? I also don’t see you workout your back? You might want to make sure your wokrout is a little more complete as I can see just from the split that you are missing a few things! Keep up the good work thought but just make sure your workout plan is right for you!

  12. Chima says:

Hi Peter, can you show some exercises that work out the entire lower legs , getting them bigger and defined.

    Thanks

  13. peter says:

Yip, leg workout coming on Friday!

  14. chima says:

Hi Peter, no leg videos yet?

  15. Oliver says:

Hi, I would like to know what the best time is to rest between ab workouts.
I often do a good ab workout and then rest for 2 or 3 days. Is the more you rest better or shound’t you rest to long? Or is it better to do a little workout everyday?
    Thanks

  16. peter says:

I would do a BIG workout and then rest 24 to 48 hours at most.

  17. peter says:

    Later this week!

  18. Adriana says:

    Hey Pete.

I was browsing your videos and i must say i am impressed with what you do. My question for you is that will i be able to loose the body fat with your videos including a health diet? I would like to achieve a flat tummy in exactly 8 months; or if possible, less.

    Much Love.

  19. peter says:

Yip, if you create a complete workout program from all the workouts videos you will be able to get into amazing shape!

  20. peter says:

Yes you can. although doing some weight training will be even better and get your results faster.

  21. peter says:

What do I advice you on what? One thing I would do is go see a Doctor if your leg is still hurting. But what else would you like to know?

  22. Peter B says:

what do you think of supplements like hydroxycut?

  23. Parker says:

hey is it a good sign if one side of the body is bigger than the other like left chest bigger than right or left biceps bigger than right???

  24. peter says:

    Not really.

  25. peter says:

I don’t take any fat burner. But I think ONCE you have made sure your workout and eating plan is SPOT ON, you could try some of these fat burners if you feel you not getting the results you hoped for. But don’t use fat burner in the hope that it will be as easy as taking a pill and you will lose fat, it wont.

  26. daniel says:

hi peter i hear a myth going on that lifting a bit of weight stuns your growth is this true

  27. peter says:

I am not a doctor so I can’t really give you any advice on this but it really depends how heavy you are lifting. If you are just using bodyweight you will be fine.

  28. guy says:

    heey peter!
i am a huge fan of your excercises you post!
i was wondering what the ingridiënt was from your smootie in the video after the blue berries

  29. peter says:

I think it was just the ice and protein powder.

  30. guy says:

no. I mean the thing between the blue berries and the ice in the video that you sended to me and that stands on http://www.the6packdiet.com/video-2/

  31. peter says:

Oh I see , that is called Pomegranate.

  32. racso says:

Peter first of all i wanna say your videos inspire me every time i see them, ive become a fan of your post and diets, excellent workouts too… but i have a question so im trying to lose weight with all this salads and proteins and good food but its really hard because my family and friends encourage me to eat sometimes fast food, and school food (there is nothing to do with this one so i have to eat it) is it really that bad to eat fast food? ima say 1 a week? and i also get hungry after a little with salads should i increase the amount of the portion or just eat every time im hungry?
THANKS FOR THE VIDEOS AND ADVICES :)

  33. peter says:

Yip it can be hard. The main thing is try and stay away from the stuff that is really bad whne you do have to eat fast foods. So no Fries, or fizzy drinks. As far as salads. If it is a good salad and it has no dressing then you can eat as much as you want.

  34. kevin says:

is there a way i can do pull ups and punch bag pull ups. I dont really have a pull up bar or a punch bag

  35. peter says:

Just hang on anything and do normla pull-ups

  36. peter says:

    Sweet Tea?

  37. kevin says:

how many minutes should i excersise every day

  38. peter says:

30mins per day 3 to 4 times per week is the minimum.

  39. frank says:

Hey peter, im 14 years old and weight 160 pounds. i want to lose about 15-20 pounds before summer. i wanted to know how to lose weight without counting calories and stuff like that. also, can you give me some advice or tips to lose weight? Thank you

  40. Bernardo says:

Hello Peter. I’d like to thank you for your great work, helping people all around the world to achieve the body of their dreams. My main goal is hypertrophy (and your workouts have been helping me a lot), but i have a question about the number of repetitons in the abs exercises. Should I do 10-15 reps max (with some weight) to get stronger and bulging abs? Or even a large number of reps can give me that result? Doing a plenty of reps will really grow my abs, or will only make it well-marked?
Thank you for all ! Hail from Brazil!

  41. peter says:

    Thanks ,
IF you want to build your abs you need to add weight and do reps between 8 and 15.

  42. peter says:

The first advice would be to get onto our free 12 week workout program at http://www.free6packworkouts.com and then to follow some of the diet advice right here on SPF

  43. kevin says:

how many pounds do you lift. do you think 15 pound dumbells would give me muscles

  44. peter says:

Depends what exercises you do with it, how old you are, you sex. etc

  45. kevin says:

i dont have a medicine ball. Can i use a basketball to replace the medicine ball

  46. ahmed says:

    Hey peter,

i dont have lower abs, but i have huge oblique muscles that look like love handles…when i touch them they are actually hard but they look wide like love handles…
how can i decrease it or fix it?
    thanks alot.

  51. peter says:

Any kind of cardio you do for long periods will help you lose fat. If your goal is to build muscle you need to eat right for that and focus more on weight training.

  52. lorenzo says:

  57. Bernardo says:

    Hello Peter,
recently I caught a serious flu, with sore throat, and it took me about 1 week to get back on the track. But I almost got depressed when I realized that I’ve lost about 9 pounds! (my main goal is hypertrophy). I’d like to know if it’s true that recovering lean mass is easier than getting it for the first time, and what should I do to speed up this process. (by the way, I think this topic would give a great article). Thank you very much for your time and your help.

  58. peter says:

Building muscle is the same, whether you doing it for the first time or 100′s time. We will write more info on building muscle soon.
