I once ate a chicken salad at Burger King at an airport because there was nothing else available. The salad came with masses of sweetcorn, to which I am allergic. I tossed that away, but the rest of the salad was still disgusting!
It seems you rarely see people doing full sit ups any more. They usually opt for cruches. What are the benefits of performing a full sit up and are they bad for your back? Should I position my hands on my chest or behind my head.

There really is no benefit to doing full sit-ups unless it is sports specific. Crunches stimulate your muscles the same as sit-ups as after a certain range your abs are not involved any more. I place my hands on my knees or chest so I know I am only using my abs to do the exercise.

peter I heard about a the Flex Belt. It’s suppose to give you a six pack without one having to do any crunches or sit-ups. What is your opinion on this fitness technology. One puts the belt on and instantly it begins to work your abs. What do you think?

Definitely do the before and after photos during your 6 pack challenge. We might be running this every 6 weeks as this was a huge success.

Hey Peter,
I’m really concerned about the nutrition. Especially about the 5th and 6th meal. I want to know when you should cut off carbs? Also my last meal will consist of cottage cheese and almonds/ peanut butter. Is there something you can add to the cottage cheese to make it taste better and how many hours before bed should you eat this last meal? Is it good to eat brown rice for your 5th meal with a protein source, or would it be better to eat green veggie type carbs? Thanks

hey pete, im already on my week 2 of the 6pack weight training program and the problem is i dont have an exercise ball, is it okay if you could suggest an alternative on replacing the exercise ball workout especially on the cardio and abs work out, thank you pete, and hope to hear from you soon.

well i have a friend that i work out with and he toned up alot but his bench, squat, and deads went down alot and i plan on competing in powerlifting next yr and i dont want what happend to him to happen to me

Hey Peter,
For the past 2 months, i have cut down my fat and carbs intake and increased my protein intake( carb: protein ratio 3 : 2.5)… now i can see visible packs, and my veins have started to pop out. The thing is I have reduced my weight from 83 to 78. I wanted to participate in bodybuilding competition in +80kg category. what changes should i do in my diet plans. please help. i have been doing cardio for last 3 months and stopped it for the last two weeks, as my body weight is getting reduced.

Wel once you reached your goal body fat % you will have to start adding some muscle to get back to over 80kg, simple as that.
