    hey Peter,

    got a question for you: im doing your full dumbell workout before playing racquetball every single day. In one of your answers you say that with an appropiate recovering time we get better results. is there a specific number of days i have to let my body recover? im i doing wrong with the dumbell workout every day?

    well buddies my leg routine includes 200-500 freehand squats, 4 sets of weighted squats with max weight 120kgs, leg press with 150kgs 4 sets, hack squats with 80kgs 4 sets, leg curl and leg extension followed by calf training and followed by straight leg deadlifts and hyperextension and deadlifts 3 sets each heavy power lifting.

    Hmmm. Good one. But I go max out to 65kgs of Squats. 30kgs on Leg Extentions. Lying Leg Curls not much weight though. We don’t have a hack squats machine in our gym, But what I love is the LEG PRESS I do 3 sets x 15-20 reps with 260kgs. I work my calves Twice a week with only The standing Calves Press.

    Just want to say awsome workout I needed to train my calf I train in Muay Thai I have a good trained body heavy but I have chicken legs now There hard and I look great and my jumps are higher I can’t say how thankfull I’m
