  6. vishwajeet says:

    HI peter,
i had went to shop for buying the exercise band…but there where six types of band…light, heavy etc…those are tension in them…which type of band shld i take for this workout

  7. peter says:

Well if you can, take them all! As you can use them for many different workouts. However if you can’t buy them all then just test them out. Look at the exercises in this workout, then go to the shop and try out the bands and get one that allows you to do around 15 reps of the exercises. Don’t forget though that you can make any exercise band more difficult but just making it shorter by turning band around your hands as well. I for example have the heaviest band I could find and got a nice long one so I can make it longer and shorter for different exercises.

  8. vishwajeet says:

thanks i will take them all :)

  9. vishwajeet says:

but i can build big muscles through those bands without machines?

  10. peter says:

Depends how big. Yes it will stimulate your muscles and yes they will grow but if you are looking to become a full time bodybuilder then eventually you will need some heavier weights.

  11. Jon says:

Instead of using the bands, would it work the same to increase the reps of controlled pushups

  12. peter says:

The only other thing you can try is to add some weight on your back as you do a push-up. It could be a plate weight, sandbags, punshbags or anything that you have at home.

dude wat does close grip and wide grip phus ups differ in?? nd i am doing on my kees cause i am fat is it ok ?

  14. peter says:

    Hi there,

First of all, yes , on your knees are just fine! Secondly, close grip works more your triceps and wide grip more your chest.

  15. Maciek says:

    Hi Peter,
I am a new one at your web site. Could You tell me if my home workout is ok?
I workout 3-4 times per week. Starting a short warm up. I PART- 25 push-up, 25 upper abs, 10 dumbbells per hand (15 kg). II PART 25 push-up, 25 side abs, 10 dumbbells per hand(15kg). III PART 25 push-up, 25 jack knifes, 10 dumbbells per hand (15kg). IV PART 25 push-up, 25 lower abs, 10 dumbbells per hand (15kg). It takes me about 30-35 minutes. After this kind of worksout I do a few extra worksout for abs.
I try to eat healthy, no snacks, no mcdonalds etc.
Do I have to change sth in my training packet?

  16. peter says:

Well your wokrout looks like a nice ABS & Chest workout but I would suggest you maybe bring in some of your other muscle groups as well. Look at some of the fat burning workouts I did and do those as well. Good luck!

I just wanted to know that….
i don’t want a hunky chest, but want it to be flat with detailed shape and cleavage…
so is there any special exercise other that this .
or should i just control my diet doing the exercise you illustrated.

  18. baha' says:

    Hi Peter
There is sommthing wrong whit my chest , The left side is bigger than the right side .
What can i do at home ?

  19. peter says:

Hi, If it is a muscle problem ( Go see your doctor to make sure ) then the best way to combat un-proportioned muscles is to work them out one at a time. The trick is to also start with the weaker or smaller muscle when you do any exercise and then not to do any more reps with your strong side then what you could do with your weak side. This should even things out over time!

  20. peter says:

First, are you male or female? ( sorry can’t make out from the name ) As the advice will be different depending on that?

  21. baha' says:

    oops
    I am sorry i am a male
