peter how many weeks will it take to get the six pack abs that im looking for?
It all depends. How hard are you working out. What workout are you using. What diet are you following. How comitted are you. Where are you at right now? etc
peter i am doing the no equipment 6 pack abs workout, i just started, i am doing it technically once a day but im doing the whole cycle 3 times, and i am following the six pack abs diet, and i am going to do it every single day and thats all i can say so how long do you think?
Well you will need to do more then just the abs workout if you want to get abs. It is best if you pop over to http://www.free6packworkouts.com and get onto a proper workout program so that you know you are doing something that will get you results.

Becuase we do not pull on ours necks, we keep it still and we focus on working our abs 🙂

It really all depends on your eating, what other workouts you doing, the intensity you work at etc.
Hi peter, Will this 6 pack abs workout for the ladies too?? My trouble spot is the lower abs mainly and it seems like no matter how much i try to firm up this area is always a battle.. any suggestions?? thanks..

Thanks. And yes it will work. Remeber to also eat right as that might be one of the reasons your lower abs might not feel firm when in fact it is just some fat over your abs that might actually be pretty tight already..

although i dont stress my neck, but i still feel the stress in my neck and legs, rather than my abs….

3 Times per week.
I have always been fit, but there was a period if over half a year where I barely exercised on a daily basis. I found myself gaining quite a lot of weight. I’ve been doing this routine 3 times a day for a month, pretty much all if the weight is gone. My abs are in sight again, and I am getting my V back!! Thank you so much!

If you are just using this exercise and you do 4 to 6 sets to failure then you can do this 3 times per week.
I am a guy who already has a slightly visible 4 pack. I am trying like nothing for the lower abs too, but it only makes me tired and sometimes they don’t even make me sweat. My main problem is losing fat from the lower sides of the stomah. Any particular exercise you recommend?

Hey Peter, I am a female and I have been doing this exercise, it works great for me. The women exercises never did anything. So I did my research and there is no difference in men and women work outs, the only difference is the routine. So thank you!!! My wedding is coming up in a couple of months and this helped boost my confidence :)!!!

Just did my first day of the 6pack in 6week challenge, this mornig. Had to say it exercise look simple until you put yourself in action,, you really feel the muscles working their way during the workout. Love the Gorilla Swing
