iam from india and and i have been going to the gym for the past 6 months doing all sorts of workouts but the just don’t seem to build at all. but the muscles are tight. i told my coach about this . he asked me to but whey protein which a quite expensive to afford . can you suggest any other food
to build muscle which is less expensive and also affordable.

Another thing, in the nutrition videos there is the protein shake, what meal should that substitute, and in which part of the day is more recommended?

1 Slice of fat trimmed pastrami!

You just need to get the protein in then buddy. So lot’s of chicken, fish, beef etc
