Man! You really have an artificial life…

Full of pills, protein dust and wierd oils. No taste, and nothing natural.

It doesn’t sound like a healthy six pack to me.

lol, Sweet Potato, Tuna and Omega Oils is all healthy. You clearly have no idea what you are talking about and should rather keep your comments to yourself. But like they say, everyone is an expert, but funny how not everyone has a 6 pack! I am all about health and if you knew me and have been around this site for a while you would know that.

Hi peter, Not really into the spices but made the sweet potato meal using orange sweet potato tuna and sweet chilli sauce. Difference was to microwave the potato for 6 min then take out and wrap in alfoil while your preparing the tuna part. More time efficient and unlike Joe who sounds like he didnt even taste it before flaming your contribution. Tastes good too and natural. Keep up the good work – your workouts hurt and i believe in this training program given the results.

Hi there Peter! Just a question here for the sweet potato preparation: out of the grocery bag, rinse it, remove roots, pop it in the microwave? No need to boil it before that?
