Thanks for pointing out how raising the knees only works on the hip flexors…I’ve done those “knee only” leg raises, but never wondered why I don’t feel any intensity. Thanks for the insight!
amazing.
thank you so much. its really makes you feel the workout.
after the first few reps, your start to work hard and its makes you go farther.
thank you so so much!
Nice work again! The Double Leg Cycle is really hittin’ those lower abs, both normal and reverse. But I have a question about speed. I know you get this asked all the time but i just want to be sure. does the speed matter as long as it’s perfect form.
Well when you do double leg the speed will be a bit slower anyway, but as long as you keep the form perfect and you don’t rush thinsg it should not really matter. Although you might get a bit more out of this exercise if you take it down slowly. But yes, nice and controled with a steady pace is always the best!
Hey peter,
have never seen the double leg cycle before. If am for sure going to add it to my routine and get rid of the single leg cycle. I think you should have put the double leg cycle as one of your ab workouts you have never seen before. I have read on numerous list that the bicycle is one of the greatest ab exercises ever and now you have shown me how to upgrade it.
Great stuff. I especially like doing the workout as you suggested but with adding the double leg cycling at the very end (4 exercises).
Are you planning on adding a workout which targets the obliques?
Thanks again for these great workouts!
I meant to say above that I add the “hanging sprint” exercise at the end of your lower abs workout – not the double leg cycling which is already in your routine. I got this great exercise from you earlier this week and it is a great finishing exercise. This make the exercise routine contain 4 exercises instead of 3.

Cool thanks! and you’re right it’s kind of impossible to go fast on the double leg cycle even if you try.
