    Yes you can. I just like using the spinach because it brings some more nutrients to the meal.

    peter can i use onion and mustard on this recipe?is this healthy if i eat tuna with onions,tomatoes,black beans,carrot,corn,lettuce,(some moles or olive oil) and mustard?instead of eating bread can i add some cruttons?thanx for helping us all this time..greetings from greece

    Everything seems ok, just don’t add to much. However DROP the cruttons, they are very bad for you!
