i mean, in every set of exercise should i hv to increase dumble weight,,?
or i should use same weight in all three sets of an exercise…????????
Alway use a weight that allowes you to do the rep range e.g. if it says you must do 12 reps of an exercises then have a weight that ONLY allowes you to do 12 reps, no more!

my left and right arms are not equal in size after workout.
so what i have to do to make them equal in size?

The only reason why you should use protein shakes is if you can’t eat 2-3 times grilled or cooked meat.
Never use protein shakes or bars instead of real food.
To grow getting stronger or getting fitter you should eat real food because there is more than only carbs and protein there are vitamins and much more.
Many fighters don’t use protein shakes they eat good and take supplements for stronger joint and bones.

Focus on muscle building workouts and make sure you eat right to build muscle.

Hi Pater! great tips! thanks! When do you think I should move the the other sets of exercises? I mean, following a good diet an all, I should wait until I see my abs or after a 4-6 weeks it is recomended to swicht in order not to get the body on a rutine. THANKS!
If you do not feel your muscle pain the next day, switch, work harder and move your weight up!

Depends on yoru gaol but if you are doing the 6WeekSixPack Challenge you shoudl just focus on that.
peter, can i do this workout i one day, then a lower body worjout the next day and then this workout the day after that and so on and so on. i am 14, bit lean and wanna get a bit more leaner for summer 🙂
