nice workout….but i wanna ask something…
i wanna grow my biceps and also triceps. so, what wud be a complete set of bicep and triceps workout, i mean what exercises wud be enough.. I have heard names of a lot of exercises.. but i dont know what wud be sufficient for my routine workout… please tell..

Mine doesn’t have a name. It is something I picked up at a local Fitness store. But whne you go next, take it out of the packet and try it in the store before you buy so you can make sure it is right for you!

since i have seen many people doing things like this at home and they have some nice killer arms * hehehe*
by the way. i laughed when i saw you doing the first exercise making it look like massive heavy weights and when you put them on the ground you hear that soft thud of plastic hehe

i don’t have much time during the day because of work. i do my all my excercises 1 hour after dinner.
does that have effect on my build. since you have more energy during the day. and so on?

I am 13 years old and I do thes exercises every day ….. Is that good or not ?
(I use 5K)
At your age I would focus more on full body weight training rather then isolate small muscle groups like in this workout.
