    IF you are just starting out then try my beginner workout ( just search the site or my Youtube Channel ). Make sure you eat clean and then move on to harder workouts in 2 to 3 weeks!

    i have quiet decent body but have some fat on my stomach. obviously i want to get six pack abs
    which workout should i follow?
    presently doing ur beachbody workout plan and abs exercises(monday-lower abs , tuesday-upper abs , wednesday-sideabs)

    Yes you can. This workout is more focused on helping with over all fat loss. The Bicep wokrout is to help you build some muscle. I would always give myself 1 day rest between muscle building wokrouts 2 if I really go hard but these fat burning workout you can do every day.
