Yes just search the website, I have many great workouts for the front abs. As far as Leucine. I have never used it and if you are eating meat you probably get enough in of it. I would not consider this one of the VITAL supplements you should worry about. It is not really a supplement to help you lose fat but rather hang onto muscle.
Hey Peter
I’m 17 and started weights a year ago. I have build a pretty defined arms, shoulders and chest. However I still have a little bit of fat around my stomach. I’ve been thinking about cutting the amount of meat I eat every week. For except cutting it down to only 2 nights of meat every week. Will that help at all?
Thanks
It depends what meat you eating. I eat meat every signle day 2 to 3 times and I have six pack abs. So it’s not meat, it is the kind of meat you eat that might be a problem. So make sure it is very clean and low fat. Also look at your carbs and fat intake. Meat on it’s own might not be the main problem.
I’ve already been going to the gym 5 days a week before work (so already have the dicipline to go), but haven’t seen any improvement due to constantly changing goals/workouts. I live alone – so can control every bit of food I take in.
I have exactly 6 months until my next vacation and would like to make similar progress to your amazing transformation.
Is there a complete and accurate account of how you achieved your 112 day transformation? There seem to be a lot of websites advertising e-books about your nutrition/workouts but I don’t know which is the ‘approved’ version. Vince Delmonte’s ‘no-nonsense 6-pack’ seems to be closest, but I don’t want to buy it unless it gives a complete view of what you did.
Any advice on where I should look would be really appreciated,
The only product I used step by step was http://www.system84.com. We are busy updating this site and product but yes that is the only official product I used. Vince’s product is one he wrote himself and has nothing to do with what I used during my own transformation. He was just one of 16 consultants I asked to be part of the whole process as I was getting so many visitors I could not answer or talk to them all so these 16 experts helped me and also provide some info and articles.
Have a look at my latest video. It showes a very good chest exercise but if you search my website for CHEST you will find a very good full workout I did just a few weeks ago as well.
Moobs are normally due to your fat % being still to high. So rather then focus on working your chest , make sure your do full body fat burning workouts.
i have bought and already downloaded 6pack diet program and went through the book, i am now in the process of doing it.. and getting my self in shape t, my question is can i use shake or smoothie as pre & post workout meal ? and do i have take in whey protein 30 min prior to workout even if i had those smoothies.
i have already lost over 25 kg last year and now i am aiming for 6 packs
current weight 75kg, 171 cm tall
wish me luck.
(:
Good luck! Would you mind asking this question on The6PackDiet support page and I will answer it there for you as I will need to provide you with exact info on the smoothies to use. Thanks!
Hi Peter I’ve been doing the sixweeksixpack challenge and ive now got 2 weeks till end of summer which is my deadline to get six pack abs. I’ve noticed small changes but is there anything I can do to ensure that I get ripped in 2 weeks? Thanks alot
YOu will only get ripped in two weeks if you are able to get ripped in two weeks. What I mean is if you still have 8% of bodyfat to lose you won’t do that in two weeks. Make sure your diet is 100% spot on and you do the workouts and you will get the results you are looking for.
Hi Peter! First of all great site!
I’m 29, 5’6 and 143 lb. I’m pretty skynny, but have a little gut around my belly, I started to eat more fruits, and veggies and even cut off sodas, junk food and such. My question is, my bf is 22%, do I need to lose more weight in order to gain muscle or I should stop running at the park-trademill? because how do I do if I want to gain muscle but lose belly? I find it confusing sometimes! ha! don’t know what to do! THANKS in advance!!!
You can do either. But if you BF is 22% then I will work on getting that down to around 12 or so first and then focus on building muscle again. It is best to do one or the other then try and combine both.
So, I should focus more on my diet and running?? If I keep doing abs work, does it work or in order to get a difference I should lose more BF? Thanks!!
Hey Peter, How r U??
Last Question was really making me laugh!!
Those side ab exercises you gave were pretty good, n I can feel it working.

It’s all about losing some fat and building some muscle. So do one of my home chest workouts and get onto a good clean diet.
