    sup peter thx for the vid; just wondering(i no u’ve been asked this a lot): i weigh round 120 lbs and do cardio everyday so how long would u estimate for me to get a 6-pack? thx and waiting for response

    i saw the photos and am wondering: is that rly u? i’ve been seeing comments bout that bein another person and all cause im tired of ppl makin up fake shit on the spot

    Hi Danny,

    Yip that is me, I don’t do Fake! And I really don’t need to to impress anybody. If people don’t want to beliefe it was me then that is thier problem, but in reality they are just looking for excuses why I did it and they are to lazy! It is hard to say how long it will take to get six pack abs as everyone is different and it also depends on many things e.g. your eating plan, wokrout program etc. You wont get six pack abs just doing ab exercises. You need to also do other exercise froms like weight training for your full body, cardio and eat very well. If you are already doing all of that and you still can’t see your abs, maybe you need to build them up a little more so they stand out. Hope all fo that helps!

    Well it should be as heavy or as light so that you can do around 10 to 15 reps. So you will have to find out for yourself ones that is heavy enought but also that will allowe you to actually do the workouts.

    Will you be able to give us a full standerd home work out plan for fat loss(for beginners). This should include all details about time, sets & reps,how many days for weeks ect. Because most of us dont know the right excercises and work out plan. Pls help us..!!

    Well the workout in itself is not harmful at all. If you have any health problems or anything else I don’t know about then I am not a doctor so I can’t give you advice on that. But the workout is a very good abs workout to do at home.

    hi carvell i was just asking about which exercises exactly do i follow i love your exercises but every week u put more so i became confused , which should i follow ??
    i do the exercises in the video called six packs in 6 mins only using ur coach everday along with the exercises in the video upper abs then the next day the same exercises in the video of the coach along with the ones from the video of lower abs and the day after it the same exercises from the coach video along with the exercises from side abs then the next day i re do the cycle so every day i do the exercise of the video of 6 mins withonly the coach with excercises focusing on one muscle , is that good , by the way i’m 16 years old please reply :S:S

    Hi Peter, im 16 and naturally i would like to have a 6 pack, I have been searching through this site and really like the info given, im cutting out all sugar, doing caridio every day (including ab workouts) and eating well, very low fat, good carbs, wholemeal foods, just kinda wanted to say thanks and that im really inspired.

    It depends on what you want to achieve. If you want to get ripped, focus on the full body workouts, if you want to build muscle, focus on the heavy weight training workouts! Good luck!

    hi peter, i am asking which exercises should i follow? as there is lots of exercises so i am bit confused.
    presently i am doing exercises which is specifically for one part like lower abs on monday, upper abs on tuesday and side abs on wednesday and i am doing the same exercises which is given in your site. so, i want to know should i try other exercises as well like killer abs workout and powerful homeworkout?

    Hi there,

    Well it will depend on what your goal is? If it is to build super hot abs then just continue with what you doing, that workout program is fine. If you need to lose a bit more fat then yes bring in some of my other workouts as well.

    one more thing i just download ur beachbody workout plan. so,is it ok if after doing this workout i do my abs exercise and normal weight training to get muscles? moreover is it fine if i divide this workout in 2 parts morning:-beachbodyworkout evening:-abs exercise and normal weight training or vice versa
