    Yip you can really use anything with some weight. A dumbbell, bottle filled with water etc.

    im doing this with in both hands 1kg weights, some of the exercises i can do but the exercises where i have to do my legs up, i cant do that one.
    got some tips on how to do that? if i try i go up but my legs go automatticly down.
    im only 13 so maby it will help if im a little older :)

    At your age just do what you can. You will get stronger as you get older and then you will be able to do all the exercises and have ripped abs! Good luck!

    It took me 6 months from when I started but I was 100lbs ( around 40kg’s ) over weight so I had a lot of fat to lose. If you have less fat you can get six pack abs much faster.

    How much space do you have?

    How quickly you will get results depends on many things e.g. what you are eating, what workouts you are doing and how much fat you have to lose. So as you can see it can be very hard to tell you how quickly you will get six pack abs. But just keep at it and you will have them soon!

    Do each exercise for 30 seconds, repeat all exercises and then do the full workout 3 to 4 times.

    Try and do it once but go for 3 to 4 sets. This way you will work your abs really hard but also give it time to recover and grow.

    Hi, last time was so long to reply. I saw the file you download from the internet is hard to exercise. The video is six minutes a day is a time by investing abs exercises, is home of the couch was just giving you exercise. 2,3 times a day to exercise. But are wondering. Times and rest a few minutes to do the exercise again, wondering. And how many times a week to see the effects can greatly?

    You can if you like. I would do this workout after my morning cardio or as part of one of my weight trainin sessions.

    I was wondering to reveal the abs is is best to focus on just cardio or to combine cardio and ab excersises?

    Also can you build muscle and lose weight at the same time? i heard you cant build muscle without a net gain in calories…

    To get six pack abs you want to eat right, do cardio and have the right weight training program that includes abs workouts. You can build muscle and lose fat at the same time but it will take longer than focusing on one or the other. In fact even if you are on a program to lose fat and build muscle you will have to have days where you up your calories and days where you lower them, in other words you will still focus on either losing fat or building muscle but in shorter periods. Personally I prefer either losing fat but not muscle or building muscle but not adding fat as that is much easier to do.

    Hi Danny,

    Yip that is me, I don’t do Fake! And I really don’t need to to impress anybody. If people don’t want to beliefe it was me then that is thier problem, but in reality they are just looking for excuses why I did it and they are to lazy! It is hard to say how long it will take to get six pack abs as everyone is different and it also depends on many things e.g. your eating plan, wokrout program etc. You wont get six pack abs just doing ab exercises. You need to also do other exercise froms like weight training for your full body, cardio and eat very well. If you are already doing all of that and you still can’t see your abs, maybe you need to build them up a little more so they stand out. Hope all fo that helps!

    Well it should be as heavy or as light so that you can do around 10 to 15 reps. So you will have to find out for yourself ones that is heavy enought but also that will allowe you to actually do the workouts.

    Well the workout in itself is not harmful at all. If you have any health problems or anything else I don’t know about then I am not a doctor so I can’t give you advice on that. But the workout is a very good abs workout to do at home.

    i do the exercises in the video called six packs in 6 mins only using ur coach everday along with the exercises in the video upper abs then the next day the same exercises in the video of the coach along with the ones from the video of lower abs and the day after it the same exercises from the coach video along with the exercises from side abs then the next day i re do the cycle so every day i do the exercise of the video of 6 mins withonly the coach with excercises focusing on one muscle , is that good , by the way i’m 16 years old please reply :S:S

    Well it will depend on what your goal is? If it is to build super hot abs then just continue with what you doing, that workout program is fine. If you need to lose a bit more fat then yes bring in some of my other workouts as well.

    Correct. Train them hard one day and then give them a day rest, at least. I give my abs 2 days rest after each workout.
