    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for the great job you´re doing with this website. I´m so happy to have such a good source of information for people like me who have just started with workouts and ab-exercises. The change that mainly you but also other people in the 6week6pack challenge have achieved is just amazing and inspiring for me too.
    I would like to take part in this 6week6pack challenge and I signed up for it, actually I´ve tried it twice, but I haven´t received any confirmation email, any e-mail back at all. The e-mail address works just fine, so I don´t know what went wrong. Isn´t the 6week6pack challenge limited somehow? I´m from Slovakia and it has happened to me that few competitions /videos on youtube are just limited for the viewers from USA only or some specific country. I would really like to participate in the challenge, so if there´s any way to help me with this sign-up issue I would be glad.

    There should be no limit unless it is from your own country. Just check your junk mail as well.

    Hey Peter. I got to week 3 the last time I tried the 6 pack challenge. Got distracted. ;p. I’m wondering when I’ll get the set of exercises or if I should start with last years exercises for week one? let me know!!! I wanna get started today!

    Hi again:),
    I still have the problem with signing up for the challenge. I´ve tried to sign up with two gmail accounts and with my hotmail email account as well, but none of them worked :( I haven´t received any email back yet, nothing in my junk mail either. But thanks for the help anyway. I guess i will have to use the workouts you´ve put on the website and create my own 6pack challenge :)

    Hi Tylor. You will get everything via e-mail over the next few days. From the moment you sign up we provide on day one with the Tools that you need to get then the next day we provide you with a e-mail with the final checklist and then you will get your first workout e-mail and everything you need the day after that. We did not just want to give you everything on day one, we want to make sure you are prepared and ready so that THIS time round you will reach your goal. So just wait for your e-mails and follow them as you get them and you will be all ready to go when you get the first workout e-mail.

    Nope, you are not late. Continue with week 1 and complete the 6 weeks by following each e-mail as I sent it to you.

    Hello Peter,
    I am 5’8 134lbs and work out 5x a week. I want 6pack abs. My food intake isn’t heavy, however I do have 4pack but I want then defined to be 6pack. My weight fluctuates weekly 130-134lbs and thats bc I am running around and waiting to eat and working out for 1hr intensely every morning. I don’t want want to Lose weight my written stays maintained with little fat, and I have BMs every 2days so the food doesn’t stay. I am 26yrs old female. What do you recommend. My frame is slim.

    Hey Peter. The 6-Week Ab challenge is REALLY working – I’ve lost an inch off my waist in three weeks (helps when you stick to the diet). Any chance week four will be posted here soon?

    Peter. I’m signed up but must have done so late as the emails I’ve gotten this week are for week one. I’ve been following along via the links under “You might also like:” (completed the first three weeks). Any possibility of getting the week 4 links sent to me? Regardless, kudos to the workouts, the site, and yourself – responding individually is very impressive.
