hi peter i want to ask you a question.
with this workout am i stimulating all my body fat or in one area.if you want to get fit in one area should you make more exercises to stimulate that area like i want to fit more in the stomach shoud ABS training will help me to get faster fit in the stomach.thanks for the atention

This is an overall body fat burning workout. And NO, you can’t really just burn fat in one area regardless of what many people say out there. So focus on burning calories by doing full body workouts.

This workout will also burn some of the fat in the abdominal area right? B/C Id really like that to bcome more visivle. What do u suggest I should do if it does not
one thing about HIIT that confused me is that do I have to do each set with that exact amount of time for each set ? when I go running outside I just sprint to a tree and walk to the next tree and do it on and on and on. Is that HIIT ? I mean HIIT is all about keeping your heart rate really high for a period of time and rest for a period of time rite ?
Doing the same time just gets you into a nice rhythm and it allows to you keep track of what you doing and how you are improving. Sure what you doing is also HIIT but I would suggest rather than do lamp posts. Jog from one lamps post to the next. Sprint the next one, Jog again and so forth. But HIIT is not just about keeping your HR high for a long time it is also making your body work harder as it needs to keep adapting to the new High Intensity part of your interval training.
hi! I have a litte % of body fat, how much time will I take to burn it with this workout?
Well it all depends. How much body fat%, what woorkout will you be doing. Are you on a good diet etc

I work every muscles of my body day by day…
And i am doing 2 x per week cardio exercices

Hey Peter. Im not fat, but I have a small little gut on my stomach that I can’t get rid of. I used to do martial arts, but have stopped due to an elbow injury and knee injury. What type of exercises do you recommend I do to lose this gut, but not to injure my bad parts further?

Depends how hard you push! Do it and find out
Best to go see a local trainer who can see exactly what your injury is and so write a you a program that wont cuase any more problems.
Do this exercise 3/4 times a week and push it as hard as you can. Don’t ease up on yourself, just push it like mad untill the very last second. Combine it with abdominal exercises and you will see proper results within a month!

At you age just be more active and don’t eat to much rubbish and you will be in great shape!

how can i reduce fat in my lower body while increasing muscle in arms.
First try and drop your body fat to around 13 or so, then start to work on building your arms.
No rest each time completed the circuit?
You can rest if you need it.
are 25 minutes of cardio every day good or should i raise it?(i do 10 minutes the exercises shown on your website and 15 minutes of bicycle)

Hay Pete, i have question. I’m starting from begining so with what exercises should i start? I have fat on my belly and chest, but my arms are not so big and i dont have much of chest muscle but there is much fat. So should i start with only cardio workouts or ? About the summer challenge wow what a tough training. I was doing the weight day OMG man i dont think i have the strength for it, so would it be okay if i only do 3 sets of the circuit instead of 4 even though 4 is the minimum. im sweating like crazy man. :O
