What makes this workout so effective is that I use two old school exercises in a very powerful cutting edge workout structure to create a workout that will help you to burn a lot of fat during the workout but also continue to help you burn fat after the workout.
I also love the fact that this cardio home workout is scalable. So if you just have 10 minutes you can do it but if you want to take it all the way to 30 or 40 minutes you can do that as well.
