Advanced Cardio Workout Structure

  • Twisting Line Squat Jumps x 30sec
  • Hindu Push-ups & Core Pike  x 30sec
  • One Leg Triple Jump  x 30sec
  • Jumping Jack Push-Ups  x 30sec
  • REST  x 30sec

Repeat 6 to 10 times

Intermediate Cardio Workout Structure

  • Twisting Line Squat Jumps x 20sec/Active : 10sec/Rest  
  • Hindu Push-ups & Core Pike  x 20sec/Active : 10sec/Rest  
  • One Leg Triple Jump  x 20sec/Active : 10sec/Rest  
  •  Jumping Jack Push-Ups  x 20sec/Active : 10sec/Rest  
  • REST  x 30sec

Repeat 6 to 10 times
