Great video. I’ve adapted it slightly, doing up to 5 reps on the ladder then resting for one minute then repeating the ladders up to 5 reps again, rest for one min and up to 5 reps again. It takes about 10-12 mins to do this. Is this a good idea or am I missing the point of the exercise here? Cheers.

It is not how it should be done but it sounds like it will also work. Whatever works for you and get you out there to do some exercise is OK WITH ME!

Hi Peter,
I train 5 days a week in the gym but the last bit of fat is still there.
Because of that i don’t see my abs.
If I use this destroyer workout everyday with my normal routine in the gym wil i get good results fast?
Ps: I already eat very healty and my condition is very good so this workout wil be done with the best effort.
Thanks love the Site.

Hey Peter just a couple of questions:
Firstly when should i take rests and for how long??For example i went up to seven in my first five minutes but needed to take quite a bit of rest afterwards..so when exactly should i rest to ensure i don’t burn out??
Secondly after a rest should i continue from where i left off or should i start from the beginning?? Also is resting period part of the allocated time??
And lastly can i do some strength training exercises like your “toughest chest workout” right after this workout??
But great workout man!! i’m probably gonna do this three times a week from now on!!

You rest when you need rest and then you continue from where you stopped. I would do any kind of weight training on a different day or time.
