    Cool workout! I say it’s totally does the job. Oh by the way, Peter, me and my office mates have been debating about your abs. They say they’ve never seen your abs besides that old video and pic of yours. I say why not do a new video soon without a shirt, doing some of your best workouts so we can shut these guys up in the office. Lol. Thanks for the new supersets. I’ll definitely try these. Cheers!

    Hi Wolfman,

    Sounds good to me. I will do one soon! Most of my videos is like shot and edited months ( 4 to 6 weeks ) in advance as I travel so much I can’t actually do this every week so I look at what you guys asked for and then do like 8 or 10 workout videos at one time. So I will do one when I shoot some video next and TAKE my shirt off after the workouts to proof I am still in shape! :) . But ask you buddies a few things. Have they seen my BEFORE photo? Do I look that fat right now? And why are they so desperate to see a guy with his shirt off? :) Just joking! Cheers for now!

    Sound cool, Peter. The answer to your question why they are so eager to see you with your shirt off is very easy. You see, they can’t accept the fact that I’ve been doing really good with all these workouts and have made some very good improvements. I’ve already seen some lines on my fat belly after doing your workouts. I was as fat as these office mates and now they’re even fatter than before. :) . I told them you all need a good reason for me to drag you to a gym. And yes they’ve seen your before photos as I have. To me even with your shirt on I can totally see you’re lean. So I said ok I’ll ask him myself so you will shut up and at least try these workouts at home. :) Anyway we’re all looking forward to your future videos. Awesome site Peter. I’ve never seen anything close to the stuff we find here. Cheers!

    Yip I know! Good to hear you have been getting some good results as well! Don’t worry, I should be back at home in about 4 weeks and I will make sure I eat super clean while I travel and hit a few extra workouts to make sure we blow your friends away when I shoot my next videos!:) And then hopefully and more importantly, get them to join you in going to gym so they too can get into great shape!
