Hello Peter!
Your site gave me the tools to achieve a lean, cut six-pack last summer and I stay “spartan” all year so thank you good sir! I do have a question: I did my upper body strength training routine yesterday, and am just a tab sore from it and now today is my abs/cardio day. Well this be bad for my muscles if I do my ab routine and this extreme workout after it?
I won’t do this workout but a normal cardio and abs workout is fine.
Thank you for the advice peter!

Hi Peter,

Hi Peter,
What are the best warm up exercises before the workout in the video and what are the best warm up exercises before working on your biceps?
Please advise. Again, thank you.

hey peter can we do ab exercises after this
Sure
Hi Peter!
First of great vid!(As always;))
Wanted to know ure opinion about this idea. Came up with it because I actually got a bit bored by the lunge jumps and with my background, basketball player, I thought it would allow me to hit more muscle groups in the legs; Instead of doing a lunge jump in each combo alternate it with a squat jump. So the first combo would be a lunge jump, in the second combo i’m going with the squat jump for 20. sec. 3rd combo lunge jumps and so on.
What do you think?
Cheers!
That will work Perfectly!
