    I recently discovered your site. I’m looking for the best home workouts that will help me to achieve a nice and healthy body.

    Hi, Peter! Your idea is great! What I think you should do is add an option for a different structure in addition to “failure”. If one is capable of doing 1,000 crunches at once, it will be too time consuming for one such to finish 2 or 3 sets to failure.

    I think thats a wonderful idea!!! I think starting with the abs is great but the total body will also be great because i want my legs and arms to match my abs!

    That’s great, Peter. My only suggestion is that you could make another that work on legs. It will be very interesting, but this is one of hte best ideas I’ve ever seen. Thank you!!

    Hello,
    I work out 3 to 4 day a week and i never have a strickt weekly plan on training certain muscles, and i was wondering if that could have a negative outcome?
    Also concerning the workout builder, dose that also exsist for a compleet 1 h workout routine changing on a healthy weekly basis?
    it wouldnt matter if gymequiptment is needed

    @ Yassin – only for the abs not for the rest of the body. Best to get into a strict routine per muscle group.
