<p>In this episode of <strong>Kitchen Quickies</strong> I am going to show you how to make my special<strong> Thai Chicken Salad Wrap</strong>! <h2>The ultimate breakfast for six pack abs</h2>
<p>This is my Ultimate Breakfast for Six Pack Abs.  It will give you a great kick start to your day and provide a lot of the nutrients you need for your day making it a complete meal filled with carbohydrates, proteins and fats. This can be eaten every day.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1/2 cup of Rolled Organic Oats</li>
<li>2 Scoops Whey Protein Powder</li>
<li>1-2 tablespoons of Goji Berries (or any berry you prefer)</li>
<li>1-2 tablespoons of Walnuts and Almonds</li>
<li>1 tablespoon of Omega 3 Fatty Acid Oils and oil blends</li>
</ul>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Place oats in a bowl and add boiling water. </li>
<li>Mix in protein powder.</li>
<li>Add goji berries and nuts.</li>
<li>Mix in oils.</li>
</ul>
<p>Mix the mixture together and add more water until your preferred consistency</p>
